The Virginia State Constitution covers public safety, education, and infrastructure. As your conservative legislator, I am fighting hard to lower the cost of living by lowering taxes, removing burdensome regulations on small businesses, keeping our community safe by fully funding the police, improving education by increasing school choice, and working hard in order to make sure that the government works for "We the People".

As a father of five children, John believes that life is a miracle and it must be protected at all costs. As your next senator to Virginia’s 10th Senate District, John will continue supporting the pro-life movement and be an outspoken voice for the voiceless.

ECONOMIC GROWTH

As a local small business owner for the last 24 years, John understands the obstacles holding businesses back across Virginia. It’s time we get Virginia’s economy back on track by removing regulatory hurdles, bolstering small business development, and creating good-paying jobs across the Commonwealth. And as your next state senator, John will fight to lower taxes for hard-working Virginians to ensure they are taking more of their paycheck home every month.

When it comes to our 2nd Amendment rights, John believes the Constitution is clear, “Shall not be infringed”. John has always been a steadfast supporter of Virginians’ right to bear arms and will continue to be a voice for that right as your next state senator.

STANDING UP FOR VIRGINIA’S CHILDREN

As a father of five, John understands our children are our most valuable resource. He will prioritize putting an end to the spread of CRT in Virginia classrooms and will always stand up to school administrators and school boards who attempt to keep parents out of their children’s classrooms. John understands now is the time to prepare our students for the jobs of the 21st Century which is why our nation must fix the one-size-fits-all education system that has failed, and embrace a diverse range of school choice options that allow the student and their parents to choose the education that best fits their needs.

HEALTHCARE

John wants to cut burdensome regulations that limit competition, inflate health care costs, and reduces access to health care providers – particularly in rural areas like Louisa and Goochland. John is committed to overhauling our current health care regulatory system so that patients’ wellbeing will be our top priority.

SUPPORT LAW ENFORCEMENT

As your next state senator, one of John’s top priorities is advocating for all first responders. Police, firefighters, and EMTs work tirelessly, and often thanklessly, to ensure our safety. We need to equip our public stewards with the tools and resources they need to keep us safe. John will work with our local communities to provide the compensation and benefits our First Responders and Law Enforcement deserve.

SUPPORT BROADBAND EXPANSION 

As your next state senator, John will be a tireless advocate for broadband expansion in rural communities across the 10th and beyond. John understands we must promote infrastructure modernization to enhance our students’ learning experiences, help existing businesses grow, attract new business, and expand tele-health.

SUPPORT VETERANS & THEIR FAMILIES

As a former Navy SEAL, no one will fight harder for our veterans and their families than John. John believes in removing the tax burden on our veterans and their families, working with local business leaders to create good-paying jobs for veterans, and will continue his fight to ensure all our men and women in uniform are receiving the benefits they have earned.

ERADICATE THE OPIOID CRISIS

John has met countless families who have experienced unimaginable loss due to Virginia’s opioid crisis. When elected to the Virginia State Senate, he will prioritize legislation to provide additional recovery options for Virginians struggling with addiction. John understands firsthand what addiction can do to a family and he will work tirelessly to prevent substance abuse disorders and help those in recovery to get back on their feet.​​
